PAPER JAM
PRINTER WORKED GREAT FOR ABOUT A YEAR. NOW I GET A JAM TRAY ONE MESSAGE EVERYTIME I PRINT. OF COURSE, IT IS NO LONGER UNDER WARRANTY.

Brother Multifunction Laser
For my applications, this is the perfect printer. Duplex printing, both black and color. Scanning two sheets and turning them into one (printed back and front) and vis-versa.

Thin Paper Only
I purchased the MFC-9840CDW to print business cards, postcards and staionary. The machine cannot handle thicker paper. Envelopes are severely wrinkled.

Works great with Mac
I have had HP and canon printers for years. It has seemed that HP has always treated macs as a second rate platform with their drivers and all.
