Horrible printer and toner cartridge
I owned a 9840CDW for almost two years. The print quality is really bad. After a few hundred pages, I see streaks run down the pages. I also see stains.

Brother Toner Cartridge
The cartridge seems fine with one caveat: The darkness of the ink when printing appears too light. This may be a product of the copier/printer, and not the cartridge.

Toner Cartridge Leaked
2nd cartridge I bought since owning my machine leaked all over a fax I received. Maybe it is just a one time defect??? I buy only new, not remanufactured or used.

Complete fraud
This cartridge was rated for 5000 pages. I don’t think that I have gotten more than 300 pages printed before the cartridge failed.

Replacement Toner Cartridge
What can I say? They are toner cartridges? I do find that if I shake the cartridge a little when the printer says it is low, that I get another month out of it.
