If you want the ink of the highest quality it is. Generally manufactorers vs ink. I’ve always felt the quality has generally been of HP was the price. HP always give the clearest picture, but at additional cost. The additional cost is just under streamlined amazon. Good market and put into their stars. Rating: 5 / 5

After ordering, I received an e-mail with a completely wrong address for delivery. I tried to correct this, either through e-mail and telephone. Took too long and not resolved. They kept saying “wait another few days.” Eventually he went to the store and bought my ink. When the annulment of the decision, I asked my shipping charges to return, as it was not my fault that they sent to an address I never had. They did refund the charge of ink, but not for shipping. Not worth the time or $ 5, would have saved if they had sent the cartridges for me. Never used again. Rating: 1 / 5

Since the printer is not in intensive use (I was in Florida until 4/7/09) I was dismayed to see that the color cartridge was not faithful to colors, especially blues. I had to replace it. Want to go back? Rating: 1 / 5
