I bought one in a store, did not work, so I thought I would try Amazon. com. So what did not work for here. Instead of going through all the rigamarole, I just bought a new printer. I have not had luck with HP products. I bought this printer ink cartridges buteat did nothing expensive – when he decided to really work, that is. Save your money and get a better printer. I bought an HP inkjet cartridge 15 refurbrished Inkusa duo pack. The first film was rejected because it was damaged. The cartridge of others worked for a day and a half before the clogged nozzle ink will not print. Such a deal! HP did not try the 78 yet, but maybe get a place in the ****** would be good backup. So sad to buy printer ink HP 948 is very bad, I can print on HP even seem to be fine, but HP does not demonstrate the role that water. If I can print other photo paper, black ink after the land will become blue. Must quality ink is not good. I can test the same photographic paper (another brand) with the Canon S800 printer, the color black is black, not HP black ink turn blue.
