This ingredient is usually water. Like the witch hazel, water does not taste. It is flavored with rose scent that is strong. I like a natural rose scent, which is much more enjoyable. In addition, there aloe in this product, which tends to leave the skin a little sticky. I would like to receive all the ingredients to the Amazon site. I do not really like this product at all.
