I had this unit about a month. Is it a completely new line of Canon support is a bit slow. I’m still waiting to find out how to scan legal-size documents. For now I have to copy and reduce the size of a letter to get all the information without being cut. The only other complaint is that while the unit is working very hard. Fortunately, as soon as the job goes silent. Color reproduction is better than what I’ve seen other units away. Most impressions are distinguished by the original color wise. The fax works well as a printer is fast and efficient. As the title says, so far so good. Rating: 4 / 5

I thought this MFP is a little easier to use than the pre-reading and comments of Canon promotions. It takes a while to wake up and be loud. To use a file to be ball through the LCD menu to all files. The print quality is good, but definitely need AA, while spitting on 1 page. I had to turn the sleep timer mode all the way until it does not take much. If you have this in your workplace, is expected to be noisy. When printing to a network printer can not do any other task in the computer until the job queue, quite annoying, not network MFP our cause. This is a competitive unit rate initially, but a complete change of toner is 72% the cost of a new platform. I think I’ll spend the extra money for higher end unit, I like the brother of the MFP, but it was black and who needed a touch of color. Rating: 3 / 5

I bought this printer in the review of best color laser multi-function, due to my good experience with B & W Canon MF4270. color HP Large format my dead, so now I need color and MF paint had scaled the price and size. The easy setup, though the menu was deep and complex. just find a way to define the distinctive ring tone to a call that never needed technical support and technical support required. But I felt better when the question puzzled two technicians. Then the problems began the next morning the machine is disconnected from the USB connection after entering the sleep mode requiring a reboot of the printer. Then I spent two hours a day with Canon technical support, every day since he received from the printer and could not fix. Next I was able to place the paper by default, every print job in the MF tray requires user intervention and could not print more than one page of anything (checks, letterhead, etc.), because they make more than one MF disc blade causes a time “jam”. Canon clearly that this is possible, but not actually working.
