i love how the etchant is so “dangerous” but its in the same place you store your food lol

one tip – don’t try to cut out too much surface area as the etching solution can only handle so much.
for instance – if you want to cut out a large area – do an outline of it as opposed to leaving it all exposed.
it is a fragile process – so plan on a few failures before you get it right.

Paint de-glosser/liquid sandpaper would probably work well to remove the paint.
