We met with some failures trying to get this printer setup. We have had many printers before, Laser and versatile, so it’s not like we’re rookies. The independent duplex back cover and the driver was not shown in this piece and I could not get to fit anywhere. When we asked Samsung, they really started to read what was in the driver. When I said, “But that does not mean the part where it goes,” I said, ‘Well, I do not know what to say. “Even after the person giving the item number, the more I could say was” somewhere in the back. “We got that much of our own. In many cases, you must submit the manual, which is a record, and it was not useful. We have heard things about the printer and read the comments of brilliant so I hope to be an engine and a great replacement for my HP Laserjet, who died after 10 years, but my first experience with Samsung has begun the process well. A very reasonably priced, reliable, and uses less ink and is a feature that allows the maintenance ink printing produces less work. I liked it well enough that I bought one for my daughter to wear their own university. Rating: 5 / 5

I had this printer about a month and still can not print a paper jam. I can not better manage the paper recycling is not interference. Congestion is not always easy to remove. Very disappointing. Rating: 2 / 5

The printer is good quality, fast and cheap. It has a double face, and an Ethernet port. So why only two stars? Software sucks. I am using multiple computers in a network with Windows XP. I have serious problems controlling it. With my old HP, there may be different presets for different applications. This does not seem to operate this machine. For example, should be the Quicken manual feed and simple (for controls) and the Acrobat disk should be interactive and feed (in technical documents). This does not happen. I choose the settings each time change request. Sometimes I can not choose the settings at all. I’m infuriated by simply printing a check at the time – all parameters (including default internal printer) are set to manual feed, the printer, but insists on using the disc. Moreover, the implementation of the Samsung is one of my machines were damaged. Will not let me install not uninstall first, but there is no obvious mechanism to uninstall. Samsung technical support answers quickly, and are patient, but ultimately the fault of my equipment and / or applications (I’m using two fresh install Windows XP SP3). Unfortunately I will sell this machine, but something more. Rating: 2 / 5
